Administrative Analyst We are looking for a top‑tier Administrative Analyst to join our Insights and Analytics team in Battle Creek, MI. The role is hybrid, with weekly in‑office days. Responsibilities Provide expert administrative support: manage the Vice President’s calendar, appointments, travel, filing, copying, and office supplies. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings. Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources and support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
