Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and life goals.

Analyze current policies to identify potential gaps in protection and recommend appropriate solutions.

Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their coverage.

Maintain active communication with current policyholders to ensure their plans remain aligned with their changing circumstances.

Participate in local community networking events to build visibility for the agency.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and improve the overall client experience.

Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.

Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals within the insurance industry.

Deep understanding of insurance coverage types and risk assessment.

Strong comfort level with utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions and sales pipelines.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills for client consultations.

Prior experience in building a local book of business is highly valued.
