A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a blend of technical accounting responsibilities, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting, including:
• Journal entries
• Account reconciliations
• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Month-end close activities
• Financial reporting
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll processing activities, audits, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with accounting projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with various departments to support operational and financial objectives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong internal controls and accounting best practices.

BENEFITS OFFERED:

• SALARY RANGE: $75,000-$85,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability.
• Experience identifying process improvements and increasing operational efficiencies is highly desirable.
