Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for Property and Casualty and Life Insurance Sales Insurance Specialist's

who can manage the day-to-day operations of running their business. Duties include, hitting sales goals, making outbound calls, performing data entry, managing customer accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must be outgoing, able to attend events, market in the community, able to use social media, LinkedIn and other means of legal advertisement. Must be willing to motivate a team, coach others to lead and serve in the community, helping Veterans, and partner with other honorable sponsorship programs.

We have a fun friendly environment, and we reward based on performance with bonuses and renewals, allowing the right candidate to build a book of business and grow with us. We welcome independent agents to join a rewarding and established business.

Pay is based on experience.

Bonuses are based on sales.

Renewals are based on growth and retention.

Training is required.
