Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP license for New York State
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working within K-12 settings preferred
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, families, and administrators

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnoses, and direct therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with educators, staff, and families regarding strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and compliance documentation
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Support school teams with professional recommendations and expertise
