What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure as required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both students and staff
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse learning needs
• Genuine passion for helping children succeed academically and socially

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students
• Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, counselors, and other service providers
• Supporting student participation in general education settings
• Offering guidance to parents and caregivers to extend strategies into the home
• Attending IEP meetings and contributing expert recommendations
