Key Information:
- Coverage dates: September 8, 2026 – October 30, 2026, with potential extension through December
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 2:30pm
- Full-time: 32.5 hours per week, 40 sessions (30 minutes each) weekly
- Elementary school setting
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license and certifications for school-based SLP work
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Enthusiasm for creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and interpret results to guide intervention planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, documenting progress
- Consult with teachers and parents to share strategies and progress updates
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
