SPECIALTY INFUSION SALES MANAGER – CHRONIC/IVIG THERAPIES

Location: Northern New Jersey | Territory-Based
Base Salary: $115,000–$130,000 | Negotiable Based on Experience
Travel: Local Travel | No Overnight Travel

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a nationally established home-infusion organization, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Sales Manager to grow Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout Northern New Jersey.

This is an individual-contributor business development role focused on developing referral relationships with physicians, specialty clinics, healthcare organizations, payors, and other referral sources.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate Chronic, IVIG, and specialty-infusion referrals throughout Northern New Jersey.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, clinics, payors, and referral sources.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Generate new business and expand existing referral relationships.
• Conduct provider presentations, educational meetings, and clinical in-services.
• Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to support patient onboarding.
• Independently manage and grow the assigned territory.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Chronic infusion and/or IVIG experience required.
• Proven healthcare business development or account-management experience.
• Demonstrated success selling healthcare services.
• Experience developing relationships with physicians, specialty practices, clinics, or payors.
• Ability to independently manage and grow a geographic territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, SCIG, biologics, or chronic disease therapies.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, payors, managed care, or patient access.

COMPENSATION

• $115,000–$130,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience.
• Local territory travel with no overnight travel .
