Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Material Handler to join their team. As a 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Material Handler, you will be part of the Distribution Warehouse supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Material Handler

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate small or large respooling machines to convert inventory into customer products
• Handle, process, and ship customer materials efficiently and accurately
• Maintain operational safety and cleanliness in the warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory management and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of Production/Manufacturing experience /training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
