Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers

  Qualify leads and identify customer needs
  
  



• 
  Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  Follow up consistently on inquiries, opportunities, and sales activity
  
  



• 
  Generate new business opportunities and support account growth

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM systems

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience

  Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  3+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  



• 
  Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
