• Night Shift- 6pm to 6am

We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Generalist Operators. Whether you have experience operating industrial machinery or are eager to learn, this role offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a dynamic production environment.

As a Generalist Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality fiber cement products by operating industrial-scale equipment and collaborating with team members to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
• Learn and support the manufacturing of a variety of innovative products
• Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical concerns to team leads
• Assist with equipment cleaning, wash-downs, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform product quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards

Qualifications

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or industrial equipment experience
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic in previous roles
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and commitment to a Zero Harm culture
• Proven ability to learn, grow, and achieve in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs
