Senior Full Stack Developer

Titan Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design and maintain IT infrastructure supporting the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS), including the collection of healthcare data for analysis and submission to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) Infectious Disease Commission. On the NEDSS program, Titan provides software programming, process improvement, and project management services. Our personnel maintain, support, and enhance the Public Health Investigation and Disease Detection (PHIDDO) application used for disease reporting and analytics for at least 143 active diseases. We prefer candidates local to Oklahoma City to attend occasional onsite meetings. (W-2 only. 1099 or consultants will not be considered.) Your Responsibilities Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards Develop unit tests to validate application functionality Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 5+ years of full-stack development experience Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, C#, and .NET 7.0 Proficiency maintaining and supporting applications built with Silverlight/Open Silver Solid understanding of VB.NET for legacy application support Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines Strong SQL expertise in database design, querying, optimization, and stored procedure development Understanding of data warehousing processes Preferred Qualifications Agile or ScrumMaster certification Familiarity with Rhapsody or other ETL software #J-18808-Ljbffr Titan Technologies
