Job Title: Biospecimen Coordinator
Location: Tucson, AZ – Onsite
Pay: $30/hr W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 6 months, with possible extension
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage, label, and track biospecimen shipments.
- Perform sample accessioning and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and chain of custody.
- Communicate with clients regarding held or rejected samples.
- Support sample imaging, shipping, and logistics.
- Manage requests and assist with process improvement.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office/Google Suite experience preferred.
- LIMS or sample tracking experience is a plus.
