Warehouse Operations Manager

REH Interiors is a luxury home staging and interior design company serving South Florida's premier real estate market. This is not your typical warehouse manager position. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of an operation, build a high-performing team, and help scale a growing company. Position Summary The Warehouse & Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operation of our warehouse, inventory, fleet, logistics, installation crews, and warehouse team. This person will create efficient systems, hold the team accountable, ensure exceptional client service, maintain accurate inventory, oversee scheduling, and continuously improve operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys solving problems before they happen. Responsibilities Oversee all daily warehouse operations. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse. Develop and improve warehouse systems and workflows. Ensure all furniture, accessories, artwork, and inventory are properly stored and easily accessible. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct regular warehouse audits and cycle counts. Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce all safety procedures. Ensure inventory is accurately tracked within our inventory management software. Verify that every item is stored in its designated location. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Monitor damaged inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements. Receive, inspect, photograph, and process incoming deliveries. Coordinate vendor returns and warranty claims. Build installation and uninstall schedules. Coordinate truck routes for maximum efficiency. Safely drive and operate a 26‑foot box truck when needed. Load and secure furniture properly to prevent damage during transportation. Oversee company vehicles, including preventative maintenance, repairs, registrations, inspections, and cleanliness. Ensure trucks, equipment, and tools are always job‑ready. Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff, movers, and crew leads. Coach employees on safety, efficiency, customer service, and company standards. Hold team members accountable to expectations and SOPs. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Interact professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, builders, and designers. Represent REH Interiors with professionalism at every client interaction. Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining a white‑glove level of service. Utilize technology and AI tools to improve efficiency. Create and maintain operational reports and KPIs. Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations, logistics, scheduling, and inventory management. Help build scalable systems that support company growth. Required Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, moving, or operations management experience. Experience managing employees and leading teams. Experience loading, wrapping, moving, and transporting furniture safely. Experience driving a 26‑foot box truck. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly. Ability to lift and move furniture weighing 75+ pounds. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home staging, furniture delivery, interior design, or luxury moving services. OSHA knowledge and warehouse safety experience. Fleet management experience. Inventory management software experience. Experience creating SOPs and operational processes. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Suite, or similar platforms to improve productivity.
