Customer Service Representative Transdev inRedwood City, CAis hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person dedicated to safety. Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Other duties as required, including dispatching Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Fluent in English Computer literate Excellent customer service skills.
