Seeking a Dedicated Dental Associate to Join Our Growing Team Full-Time

Sonja G Norris DDS is a small business in Grand Ledge, MI.

We are professional, rewarding and fast-paced. Our primary goals are to focus on educating parents, patients and the community while establishing a foundation for good oral care. We provide high quality dental care focusing on children who are fearful or need extensive comprehensive dental treatment. Striving for excellence, compassion, efficiency in a safe, and friendly atmosphere.

We are seeking a Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered care and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to perform dental procedures. Candidates must also be self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

- Provide a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments

- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care strategies

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using practice management software

- Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in dentistry

Requirements

Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Licensed dentist

- AED Certification

- Doctoral degree

- Dental Licensed

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Spanish Bilingual

Working Hours

Office Hours:

Tuesday - 9 AM–4:30 PM
Wednesday - 9 AM–12 PM
Thursday - 9 AM–4:30 PM
Friday - 9 AM–2 PM

Expected hours: 32 hours per week
