Lead Registered Nurse (RN) | Full-Time

Topeka | Lawrence | Manhattan

We are seeking a compassionate Lead Registered Nurse to join a residential behavioral health team supporting children and adolescents. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate treatment plans, manage medication administration, and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the nursing team in a residential setting
Oversee patient assessments and medication management
Coordinate medical appointments and provider communication
Educate children and families on treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

Active Kansas RN license
Leadership experience preferred
Driving License
