We're looking for careful, detail-oriented QA labelers — fluent in Honduran, Guatemalan, or Salvadoran Spanish — to review and annotate AI healthcare call transcripts. Miami's large and growing Central American community brings exactly the linguistic depth and cultural familiarity this project requires. You'll evaluate real AI-assisted healthcare call transcripts, assessing how well the AI handles patient concerns, manages ambiguous audio, confirms critical patient information, and communicates clearly about scheduling and next steps — all through the lens of authentic Central American Spanish. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI or healthcare industry experience is required — just genuine fluency in Central American Spanish and a systematic, thorough approach to evaluation.
