If you enjoy working with state-of-the-art equipment, take pride in producing quality products, and want to be rewarded for your hard work, we'd love to meet you!As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality laminated products by safely setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while ensuring precision and efficiency.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications.Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature for optimal performance.Load and unload materials using hoists, cranes, and other lifting equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.RequirementsWhat we're looking for:Required QualificationsPrevious CNC machine operating experience required.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience using precision measuring instruments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong communication skills.High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.Stevens Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
