About the Role The Facilities Technician II performs skilled maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work across facility systems and equipment. This role operates with greater independence, supports operational reliability, and helps mentor entry-level technicians while ensuring facilities remain safe, efficient, and compliant. This position works 6:30am - 3:00pm, with one weekend day per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and solving facility-related issues has experience working across multiple building systems likes mentoring less experienced team members takes ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Responsible For Performing preventive maintenance and repairs across facility systems repairing and maintaining plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, doors, ceilings, and facility infrastructure performing drywall repair, painting, texture work, and finish projects managing work orders and facility maintenance requests coordinating with vendors and contractors when needed training and supporting Facilities Technician I team members.

What Success Looks Like Repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard building systems remain reliable and operational maintenance requests are completed promptly team members receive effective support and guidance.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED must be at least 21 years old two to four years of facilities maintenance, construction, building systems, or related experience (three to four years of related experience preferred) ability to independently perform routine and moderately complex repairs solid knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and building systems.
