Full-Time Call Center RepresentativeLocation: Chesapeake, VA (In-Office) l Pay: $17.50/hrSchedule: 40 hrs/week, 10-hr shifts l Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and HolidaysAt notifyMD, we pride ourselves on building a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative team. We provide high-quality support to a diverse range of clients – from medical practices to apartment complexes, and professional services. If you're a great communicator who loves helping people and working in an upbeat environment, we'd love to meet you! No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one. What You'll Do:Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely.
