Aerotek is hiring motivated Solar Laborers/Technicians to join a fast-paced rooftop project in Robinson Township (Pittsburgh, PA) . If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and building something meaningful, this is a great opportunity to make an impact—and get paid well doing it.

Join a skilled team working on a multi-phase solar project that includes:

• Phase 1: Safely decommissioning existing solar panels
• Phase 2: Reinstalling solar systems on commercial rooftops
• Working on flat roof structures while following strict safety standards
• Collaborating with an experienced crew to complete projects efficiently and safely

• $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
• Day Shift: Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Project duration: 2–3 months , with potential for additional work

• Experience in solar, construction, or electrical work
• Comfortable working at heights on flat rooftops
• Familiarity with commercial solar installations (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to nearby projects (Cumberland, MD & Conshohocken, PA)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

This is an outdoor, physically active role where no two days are the same. You’ll work on rooftops and must be comfortable in varying weather conditions.

PPE required: steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility vest.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
