Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in StLouis, MO is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jon Chase – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with StateFarm Insurance Companies. Employees of StateFarm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. StateFarm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees; their employees are not employees of StateFarm. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
