ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Small Business Account Associate with the Elveeta Macon State Farm agency you will WORK for YOURSELF not BY YOURSELF as you successfully market insurance products to small business owners. We are customer focused and here to act as a consultant offering options. Looking for a high tech along with high touch individual who brings confidence and a team spirit to the table. BILINGUAL? SOME COLLEGE? QUICK LEARNER?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships.
• Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers.
• Assist customers with policy renewals and claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or sales
• Some College.
• Willing to become licensed in Property/Casualty; Life and Health Insurance.
• Bilingual a plus!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
• I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
