This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a high-level surgical team in a dynamic cardiovascular program managing complex cardiac surgery cases and critical care patients. Position Highlights: Coverage starting in June through the end of the year Assist in advanced cardiothoracic surgical procedures Collaborative surgical and CV ICU team environment High-acuity cardiac surgery practice Competitive compensation Travel and lodging accommodations provided Clinical Responsibilities & Experience Required: Assisting in CABG and open-heart surgeries Valve repair and replacement procedures EVH/vein harvesting with demonstrated independent ability Endoscopic radial artery harvesting SFA exposure and sternotomy closures Critical care management in the CV ICU Pre- and post-operative patient care Chest tube placement Arterial and venous sheath placement Central venous line placement Experience managing Impella devices preferred Why Memphis?
