Required Skills:

• Proven ability to assist in CABG, open-heart surgeries, valve repairs/replacements, and sternotomy closures
• Demonstrated independent skill in EVH/vein harvesting, endoscopic radial artery retrieval, and arterial/venous sheath placements
• Experience with critical care management, CV ICU, and pre-/post-operative patient care
• Proficiency in using devices such as Impella and managing chest tubes, central lines, and other invasive procedures
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical protocols and procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to SFA procedures and experience with corrective interventions in complex cardiac cases
• Familiarity with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and intraoperative support techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Prior experience in cardiovascular or thoracic surgical settings, with a focus on surgical assisting and critical care
• Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience

• Valid licensure and certification in good standing
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential call shifts
