About the Role
The Company is seeking a President / CEO to lead its cultural institution at a pivotal time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's overall strategy, and will serve as its chief executive and ambassador. The President / CEO will be instrumental in shaping the future of the historic theater district and supporting downtown revitalization. Candidates for the President / CEO position should have a proven track record in executive leadership, with experience in the cultural or non-profit sector. The role requires a visionary leader who can drive the organization's mission and values, and who is adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. A deep understanding of the arts, education, and community engagement is essential, as is the ability to manage the financial and operational aspects of the institution.
