Principal Analyst, Healthcare Compliance

Principal Analyst position supporting healthcare compliance for Shockwave Medical, a cardiovascular device business within Johnson & Johnson. The role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to healthcare fraud and abuse regulations.
Responsibilities
- Advise business units on compliance program development, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Support Shockwave Medical's integration into Johnson & Johnson compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, mitigation planning, and regular compliance reviews
- Lead compliance data analytics and monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and support corrective actions
- Develop compliance dashboards, KPIs, and manage training and communication initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years business experience with 2+ years healthcare compliance or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations: Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Stark Law, HIPAA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools
- Ability to develop dashboards, visualizations, and compliance monitoring systems
- Strong data accuracy and integrity competencies
