Established in 2007, the practice caters to a spectrum of visual needs and specializes in dry eye treatments (including red light and IPL in office) medical optometry, scleral contacts, myopia control, routine exams, and glaucoma exams, ensuring each patient receives the highest quality of care. The practice is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology and expertise, which guarantees the best possible outcomes for each individual. The practice has growth goals, seeking to grow the pediatric and scleral portions of the practice.

What you'll do:

As a part-time associate optometrist, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse population of patients, playing a vital role in ensuring optimal vision health for individuals of all ages. Leveraging advanced technology, including OCT, Fundus Camera, Topography, Humphrey Visual Field, and Seg OCTI, you'll have access to cutting-edge equipment and resources to deliver accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. This opportunity offers weekly hours of minimum 2 days per week. During this time, you can anticipate conducting exams every 15 to 30 minutes for contact fits, emergency patients, and helping with managing glaucoma exams, scleral fittings, myopia control, and OCT. The practice is offering the following for full-time employees:

• $600 per day plus incentives
• 15% office production added to your salary in your 2nd year (similar to being an active partner)
