Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Experience Level: 3+ Years
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time (FTE)
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
Our client is an established technology company that develops innovative software and hardware solutions used across large-scale, project-driven industries. They are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with back-end developers, product stakeholders, and other engineers to develop responsive applications from concept through deployment and ongoing support. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful products while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces
- Create reusable front-end components and maintain development standards
- Translate product requirements, mockups, and wireframes into functional applications
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and services
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability
- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Contribute to front-end architecture and technology decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience building responsive and adaptive web applications
- Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, preferably Vue.js
- Experience consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with Vue.js state management in single-page applications
- Working knowledge of ES6+ JavaScript
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Exposure to Laravel or other PHP-based frameworks
