A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This opportunity is perfect for an RN looking for consistent weekend schedule every Friday and Saturday . If you are a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), we encourage you to apply.

• Every Friday & Saturday

• Flexible scheduling available

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and changes in resident condition.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment.

• Serve as the nursing leader on duty during assigned shifts.

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Previous supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
