Responsibilities Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Plan, prepare, and serve menus in accordance with patient nutritional needs and preferences Monitor and maintain food inventory, ordering supplies as needed Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of food purchases, inventory, and waste Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and well-being Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements 3+ years of experience in a dietary or culinary role Certificate in Dietary Management or related field FT/PT schedule with weekends required Must pass drug and background check, as well as physical examination Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods What We Offer Competitive salary range of $18 - $20.5 Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment A chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients #J-18808-Ljbffr Stmc
