Clifton Bridal Boutique is a small, intimate bridal shop focused on modern, timeless gowns, and a truly personal experience. We work with one bride at a time and pride ourselves on creating a calm, fun, and welcoming environment for every appointment. We are a tight-knit team, and we are looking for someone who brings great energy, initiative, and heart to what they do.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Flexible and team-oriented in a small business environment
• Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced weekend setting
  

Bridal or retail experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. Must be available to work weekends and must be 21+ (to serve champagne!)

Primary Responsibilities: Bridal Styling

• Lead bridal appointments from start to finish, creating a relaxed and memorable experience
• Help brides discover gowns that align with their style, vision, and budget
• Assist with dressing, pinning, and styling gowns during appointments
• Build genuine connections with brides and their guests
• Confidently guide brides through decision-making without pressure
  

Secondary Responsibilities: Boutique Operations

• Unboxing, steaming, and organizing gowns and accessories
• Maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming showroom
• Light cleaning, resetting the shop between appointments, and general upkeep
• Assisting with inventory organization and back-of-house tasks
  

Additional Responsibilities: Social Media Support

• Assisting with Instagram content such as behind-the-scenes moments, gowns, and styling details

Pay

• Hourly pay, based on experience
• Commission on gown sales, paid in addition to hourly rate
• Paid training provided
