NSO & Operations Excellence Manager*Location:* California - Extensive Travel*Salary:* $85,000 - $95,000 annually + bonus opportunityBuild the Future of Flynn 7 BrewJoin Flynn 7 Brew as an *NSO & Operations Excellence Manager* and help bring new drive-thru coffee stands to life. This is an opportunity to help build Flynn's 7 Brew business from the ground up by leading new stand openings, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.You will lead opening plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, support hiring and training, evaluate operational readiness, and guide each new stand through a successful launch. Between openings, you will step into key operational needs, coach leaders, support underperforming locations, improve systems, and partner with the VP of Operations on growth initiatives.What You'll Do* Lead new stand opening plans from pre-opening through successful launch* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure opening readiness* Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts* Evaluate operational readiness and coach leaders through opening* Partner with construction, operations, training, and support teams* Support multiple new stand openings as the brand continues to grow* Step into key operational needs between openings* Coach General Managers and Shift Leads* Support underperforming locations through hands-on operational leadership* Improve systems, processes, and operational consistency* Partner with the VP of Operations on strategic growth initiativesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a *hands-on, highly organized leader* who enjoys building teams, solving complex operational challenges, and working in a fast-paced growth environment.Minimum Qualifications* *5+ years of restaurant operations leadership experience** Experience in *multi-unit restaurant, QSR, fast-casual, or similar operations** Experience leading *new store openings* is strongly preferred* Strong project management and organizational skills* Experience leading through change and rapid growth* Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often *90% or more depending on the opening schedule*Ideal BackgroundCandidates with experience as an Area Director, District Manager, Director of Operations, Area Coach, Market Coach, Multi-Unit Manager, Operations Manager, New Store Opening Manager, Operations Excellence Manager, or Franchise Business Consultant are encouraged to apply.Why Flynn 7 Brew?This is more than a new store opening role.
