POSITION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 10, 2026

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Greeting patients and creating a warm and caring first impression
Checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments and taking payments
Handling incoming calls and making calls to patients and medical offices
Strong communication skills required
MS Suite familiarity, including Instant Messenger, Excel, and Word
Communicate effectively with team members, patients and other medical professionals
Basic computer skills required to learn and operate our electronic health record and scheduling system, email navigation, text messaging system and downloading/uploading files

Required Skills

H.S. grad or equivalent
Authorization to work in the U.S. required
