As a ER Investigator Senior within PNC's HR Governance, Risk & Compliance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL. Preferred candidates will posses prior working experience with Employee Investigation and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. A deep understanding of employee relations, employment law, and HR standards is beneficial. HR certification, a background in retail banking and demonstrated investigative expertise are strongly valued. Job Description Administers an organization’s employee relations investigation function, ensuring that it remains in line with goals and strategies. Designing and supporting human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations. Implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. Conducts investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
