Job Title: Oncology Gynecology Physician

Hourly Pay Rate: $258.67

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Gynecology Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The position involves providing specialized care in gynecologic oncology within an academic hospital setting, supporting both outpatient clinics and operating room procedures. The ideal candidate will work approximately one week per month (with some variations, including a three-week requirement from September 19 to October 9), primarily during daytime hours (07:00 - 17:00), with after-hours call coverage handled by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

This role includes collaborating with a team of 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) and 3 APPs, managing a patient volume of 15-20 patients daily in the clinic, with additional cases in the operating room as needed. The practice setting encompasses academic training, ambulatory surgery, and hospital-based care, primarily supporting adult patients over 18 years of age. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage (W-2), referral bonuses, sick leave in accordance with legal requirements, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses where applicable.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology
• Valid PA license or IMLC License
• DEA certification required
• Credentialing in process (temps available with a clean file)

Shift Details:

• 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
