Administrative Assistant-Health Care

About the Role Administrative Assistant supporting multiple professionals, including a senior‑level executive within Manatt Health, the Firm’s nationally recognized healthcare consulting and advisory practice. This role provides high‑level administrative support to a dynamic executive and consulting team engaged in complex projects focused on healthcare reform, regulation, and broader healthcare strategy initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Responsibilities Extensive calendar management and scheduling of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and events. Oversee entry and coding of time. Reconcile monthly billing statements and track to budget. Prepare and format documents in Word. Manage and track expense reimbursements. Provide back‑up support to other administrative assistants when needed. Complete ad‑hoc projects and duties as requested. Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals; senior‑level experience highly preferred. Strong multi‑tasking skills, ability to prioritize activities and work under pressure to meet client deadline expectations in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable, friendly, positive, “can‑do” attitude. Experience in a health‑care environment preferred. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable learning new software programs. Experience with legal billing software preferred. BA degree highly preferred; interest in the healthcare field highly preferred. Compensation & Benefits The base annual pay range for this role is $70,000–$79,000.
