Cardiac Amyloid Specialist (CAS) - Louisville, KY

Pfizer seeks a Cardiac Amyloid Specialist to drive rare cardiac product growth through field-based specialty sales. The role focuses on building compliant relationships with cardiologists and healthcare teams, delivering disease education, and supporting patient access across a Kentucky and Indiana territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions with rare cardiac accounts
• Build compliant relationships with cardiologists, care teams, and office staff across assigned territory
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging supporting appropriate product use
• Support patient access by providing prior authorization, reimbursement, and co-pay assistance information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and reside at workable distance from all business locations
• 3–5 years specialty sales experience, preferably in cardiology or hospital settings
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
