Job Overview & Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing with critical liaison work, ensuring appropriate and seamless admissions. Hospital Liaison & Admissions Strategy Clinical & Financial Vetting (Mandatory Skill): Utilize expert knowledge of insurance, payor sources (Managed Care, Medicare), and clinical documentation (e.g., PRI) to thoroughly vet all referrals. This ensures financial viability and clinical appropriateness for our residents. Referral Source Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, nurse managers, physicians, and community organizations to generate high-quality referrals. Collaboration: Work closely with the Admissions, Clinical, and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents. Marketing & Business Development Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our nursing home services, emphasizing our unique benefits Digital Presence: Utilize online platforms and social media to enhance our digital presence and engage with potential residents and their families Outreach & Events: Plan and execute professional events (virtual and in-person) to showcase our facility and foster connections Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts Compensation and Benefits We are committed to being a top-paying facility and providing a rewarding professional environment.
