Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Shift: 3 PM - 3 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills and extensive experience in trauma, STEMI, stroke, and sepsis care. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care based on established protocols and standards.
• Perform advanced medical procedures, including thoracotomy and arterial line placement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide timely interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Texas.
• Required Certifications: ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC.
• Preferred: Certification in NRP and STABLE.
• Experience in adult and pediatric emergency department settings.
