Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your personal network to identify healthcare candidates
• Reach out to potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to maintain their interest and support them throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions from appointments scheduled, interviews held, and placements made through your outreach
