Real Estate Attorney

LHH is working with a well-regarded South Florida firm looking to add a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the shareholder level seeking a strong platform with flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to grow an existing practice.
The work includes a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. The firm is ideally looking for someone who is comfortable leading complex transactions, maintaining strong client relationships, and bringing a portable book of business.
The environment is collaborative and entrepreneurial.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Florida Bar admission
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships
- Portable book of business preferred
