Recruiter Position4 Corner Resources is hiring a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Altamonte Springs, FL, with potential for extension. This is a full-cycle role for a recruiter who wants to partner closely with hiring managers and own the whole hiring process, from workforce planning through onboarding.Recruiter Responsibilities:Work with assigned hiring managers to plan staffing needs based on attrition, new business plans, and upcoming retirementsBuild recruiting strategies that keep vacancies within target levels and get new programs fully staffed by their opening datesScreen and interview candidates using behavioral interviewing, resume reviews, and credential assessmentsPrepare and extend offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, and handle counteroffersKeep candidate records accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking systemAnswer applicant questions about benefit plans, incentives, and company policiesRecruiter Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience in place of a degree1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resourcesProficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteComfortable using AI tools in daily workRecruiter Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare and/or RPO recruiting experienceTalent acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACRHR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an HCI credentialRecruiter Details:Location: Altamonte Springs, FLSchedule: Hybrid. In office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Tuesday and Friday.Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMDuration: Temporary assignment with potential for extension
