Our growing outpatient medical practice is seeking a strong, systems-minded nursing leader to oversee a growing clinical team. This is not a traditional supervisory role — this is a strategic leadership position.
We are looking for someone who thrives in accountability, believes in measurable outcomes, and wants to build something exceptional. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in moving from shift LPN work to a leadership role with patient care components. What You’ll Lead:• Oversight of LPNs MAs
• Clinical workflow optimization and patient throughput
• Quality metrics and value-based care initiatives
• Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Team culture and performance management What We Value:

• Active LPN license (Georgia)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
