This position focuses on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of electronic banking processes and systems. Responsibilities include assisting with all phases of Electronic Banking operations, including but not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay services. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal departments and external customers, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the bank's electronic banking initiatives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:ACH processingOnline banking and bill pay set up and maintenanceSet up of new products including ACH origination, Positive Pay and Tax paymentsCash Management QueueAdditional Responsibilities Include:Keep up to date on changes to ACH rules and regulationsOLB MessagesContact NotesName and address changesTitle changesSupport Branch, CIC, other business units and customers with inquiries related to eBankingUnderstand and comply with all compliance related regulations related to Deposit OperationsMiscellaneous testing and projectsOther tasks as requestedJob Requirements:Strong analytical skills to evaluate the interconnectivity and accuracy of data.Working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
