About the Role
The Company is seeking a GHR Full Stack Developer (AVP) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting modern employee-facing experiences and services within the global human resources technology ecosystem. This hands-on role requires a strong focus on delivering React-based web applications, developing and consuming APIs, and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS that adhere to enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and performance. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of full-stack development experience in a large enterprise environment, with a strong expertise in React, modern frontend engineering practices, and a proven track record of building and consuming APIs, particularly in the context of enterprise platforms. Key responsibilities for the role include full-stack engineering with a focus on React and APIs, AWS cloud development and deployment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and operationally excellent solutions that enhance the global employee experience. The role also involves collaboration with UX and HR stakeholders, participation in Agile delivery processes, and a commitment to engineering culture, including mentoring and knowledge sharing. Experience with Workday integrations and a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and working in a product/delivery team model are essential. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with employee experience platforms, enterprise identity/access patterns, and observability tooling is a plus.
