Job Overview We are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for the Portuguese Speaking Financial Customer Experts position in Greece, based in the vibrant city of Athens. This pivotal role within the finance industry requires a sophisticated approach to customer service, managing high-value financial inquiries and ensuring excellence for our prestigious clientele. Key Responsibilities Deliver premium customer support to financial clients, addressing queries with precision and professionalism. Manage sensitive financial accounts while adhering to international banking and data security regulations. Provide expert guidance on financial products and services, acting as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking markets. Identify client needs and escalated complex financial issues to the relevant internal banking teams. Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and transaction records to ensure institutional compliance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by providing feedback to the finance leadership team. Collaborate with international colleagues in our Athens hub to maintain consistent financial service standards. Requirements Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Fluency in English to facilitate communication within our multinational team in Greece. Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece. Previous experience in the finance industry, banking, or premium customer support is highly preferred. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering high-level financial solutions. Commitment to relocating to Athens for this long-term career opportunity.
