We are seeking an Assistant Manager Bilingual to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees 
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

•\tProvide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
•\tExamine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
•\tMonitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
•\tInstruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
•\tAssign employees to specific duties.
•\tKeep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
•\tPerform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
•\tPlan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
•\tReview inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
•\tInventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
•\tEstablish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department.
•\tExamine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.
•\tEnforce safety, health, and security rules.
•\tEstimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.
•\tConfer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
•\tEstablish credit policies and operating procedures.
•\tPlan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns.
