Sonographer

Location: Pipestone, MN Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team. Position Highlights Job Duties: The Ultrasound Sonographer is responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasounds as directed by physicians and performing routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Education & Certifications: Must have certification in ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). 12 months experience in Vascular Ultrasound preferred. Must have certification in Vascular ultrasound or obtain RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification within 6 months of hire. Proficient experience or specialties in ABD, Breast, OB/GYN, small parts, and scrotum preferred. 1-2 years of related clinical experience preferred. Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program in Ultrasonography. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. Pay Scale Hourly Rate: $36.14 - $54.21 (Depending on experience).
